Ana has never been so tired in her whole Sim-life. But then she's never had to take care of twin baby's all by herself before. Sure Aaron stops by on his days off from work, but that always seems to be when the baby girls are asleep.
She wouldn't change a thing though. She's happy even when she can barely keep her eyes open.

She had thought Brandon was a fussy baby; these girls are in a league all their own. Ana rarely gets to sleep for more than two hours at a time.
She would be lying if she denied that she is looking forward to the twins birthday already. That day will not be here for a little while yet.

However, there is a birthday coming up for the other twins in the house. Ana's excited for the boys, because they are quite looking forward to it. She just doesn't know if she has the energy for two more teenagers in the house. At least then they can take on a few more responsibilities around the house.
When the day arrives, Blake and Ben have a little argument over who will get to go first.
"I got here first!" Says Ben.
"Uh-uh, I was born two minutes before you. That means I got here first. I should get to blow out the candles first!" Was Blake's response.
End the end Ana flips a coin, and Blake gets to go first.

Then he stands by and watches Ben's turn.
Now the twins are not quite so identical, though that may be just because they decided to individualize their looks a bit. (Ben on the left. Blake on the right.)
"We can't go to high school dressed alike." Ben informs their mom.
Ana never said they had to wear matching outfits when they were younger, so she just chuckles to herself. She thinks it's funny that they imply it was her idea now that they're older and don't think the matching outfits are cool anymore.
Ana has other things on her mind besides her sons' fashion choices. It doesn't escape her notice that Jeremy is at the birthday party. She has noticed him around quite a bit lately.

He walks Bridget home for the bus stop almost every day. But he never comes inside.
Often the two of them will stand outside and talk for a long time. Ana tries not to spy, but they stand right in front of the house and she has a clear view from her easel.
She can tell they're relationship is flirting with the idea of becoming a romance.

Then one day she sees them kiss goodbye. Did they not see me walking to the mailbox? Ana wonders.
Honestly she's not sure how she feels about this. Mostly she hopes Bridget doesn't get her heart broken. She knows that Bridget isn't little anymore; another one of her babies is growing up. Besides, Jeremy seems like a nice boy from the little Ana has spoken to him.
What really wins Ana over, though, is meeting Jeremy's mom. She first ran into Tina during one of her jogs, her jogs that she rarely has the time or energy for anymore thanks to babies Celia and Clara.
Anyway Tina Boykins is a very sweet lady, and her and Ana are fast becoming friends.
Ana is glad to have most of her worries about Bridget relieved by getting to know the woman, because she has one child in particular she needs to worry about at the moment.

Brandon often finds the quietest/emptiest room in the house to spend time in. This is understandable when he's trying to do his homework, but he does it almost all the time. And he often has the saddest look on his little face. He has always been a bit shy, but not like this.
His teachers say he is acting much the same way at school. Ana is sure his change in behavior started with his brothers' birthday. Maybe Brandon is just missing someone his own age to hang around with at home.
Ana finds another reason to anxiously await her twin daughters' birthday. Maybe when they are a bit older and can play and go to school, a more cheerful Brandon will return.
