When we last left Ana, she had just found out that she was indeed pregnant with her second child. And this time the Daddy-to-be took the news very well.
Luckily this pregnancy is going just as smoothly as the last. She has just a touch of nausea from morning sickness, but thankfully she hasn't actually been getting sick.

That's a good thing, because this time around, Ana has a baby to take care of in her pregnant state.
And Aaron, like all babies, can be quite a handful.
Especially since he isn't too happy when Ana switches him to a bottle, but Ana decides early on that her body can't handle breast feeding while pregnant.
Yep he can be a handful, but when he looks up at her with those big beautiful eyes, she knows it is well worth all the inconveniences of pregnancy and work that goes into taking care of a baby. And she knows it will be same with the new addition.
Ana just wishes that her bladder didn't have to make such sacrifices for the baby growing withing her growing belly.
And between taking care of Aaron and frequent trips to the bathroom, Ana is finding it a little harder to keep up with all her household chores.
Plus being sleep deprived makes her clumsy side show itself more often. She really can't afford to break many more dishes.
But at least Ana doesn't have to do everything completely alone now. She does have a little help.

Can I get an 'Amen!'?
Arthur isn't living there or anything, but he does visit almost every day. They had both agreed that their relationship would be primarily a parental one. Arthur doesn't want to get married anymore than Ana does. One marriage was enough for him, or rather one divorce was enough; his ex-wife left him with bitter feelings regarding the whole institution. And although at first reluctant, he is now completely on board with Ana's proposed arrangement.
He is very excited to become a dad again.
Of course, the two of them are still affectionate to one another. They seem to have an unspoken agreement that the romantic side of their relationship will continue, at least for now.
But there isn't much time for romance at the moment. Arthur is mostly there to let Ana catch up on some much needed rest. He keeps an eye on Aaron whenever she needs a nap; keeping himself entertained by watching Ana's tiny TV. He really does seem perfectly comfortable in her humble home even though he is used to much more upscale living.
He also seems to take it upon himself to keep her dishes clean, which is good since she kept breaking them herself.
And as simple as it may seem, Arthur also is there to give Ana some much needed company. Because she is still feeling the loss of her friendship with Ken.

Ken did come over with his father one day, but he didn't stay very long. And the whole encounter was pretty awkward, although he did seem remarkably understanding of the whole situation. It appears he has come to terms with the fact that this was really nobody's fault, but just an unfortunate (for him at least) series of events. Or maybe fate is mad at him for some reason.
Whatever his reasons, Ken comes over and tries to patch things up. But with as uncomfortable as everyone clearly feels during the short visit, Ana knows their friendship cannot go back to normal.
Maybe I should never have said yes to that date...
Unfortunately it's too late for that now. And Ana feels very sad about it at times. She will definitely miss his goofy sense of humor, but she knows why it must be hard for him. Heck she found it impossible to act normal around him herself. Only time will tell if they can repair their friendship.

Lucky for Ana, it is hard to stay in a sad mood with Arthur around.
He's just so enthusiastic about things. It's contagious.
And so things continue throughout Ana's pregnancy. Honestly time flies by, and before she know's it her belly is absolutely enormous.
She stays cooped up in the house a lot, because her back aches; the baby's favorite punching bag is her bladder, so her number of bathroom trips are at an all-time high; not to mention she likes to stay near the fridge in case another craving hits.
Her due date comes and goes, but baby number two is apparently planning a late arrival.
It was Arthur who suggests a walk around the block. "Come on, Ana. It'll make you feel better to get out of the house for a bit. It's a beautiful day!"
Ana agrees to the stroll. Arthur was right... of course. It was great to get outside. The sunshine felt amazing.
Unfortunately, Ana's massive baby bump caused her to get tired even quicker than she anticipated. She is a bit sad to have to cut their walk short.

In true Arthur form, he is having none of that. "Chin up, Ana. Don't frown. Let's get you home. I'll give you a back-rub, and you can take a nap if you want."
Ana does take that nap, but is awoken by a sharp pain her back...
...A sharp pain that spread across her abdomen. That walk must have been just what she needed to finally get her labor started.
Arthur hears Ana's quick intake of breath, and sees her hands go to her belly. "IS THAT A CONTRACTION?!?!?!?!?"

"Yes...The... baby... is... coming..." Ana manages in between breaths.
"Oh my Watcher. Oh my Watcher. Oh my Watcher!" Arthur reacts.
Ana feels another strong contraction. While Arthur continues to be of absolutely no use.
I wonder if he reacted like this when Ken was born?
"THE BABY'S COMING! THE BABY'S COMING!!!"
"THE BABY'S COMING! THE BABY'S COMING!!!"
"Art, are you going to be okay? Stop panicking"
"THE B- What?"
"THE B- What?"
"Panicking? Who's panicking? I'm fine." Arthur says trying to act like he had not just been having a complete panic attack.
"Well... I'm... glad... you... are!... But... I need... to... get... to the... hospital! Ow ow ow!!"
"Well... I'm... glad... you... are!... But... I need... to... get... to the... hospital! Ow ow ow!!"
"OH MY WATCHER!!!" Arthur can't maintain his composure for long and runs out the door after Ana.
But he makes sure to take the stairs at a slower speed. Safety first!!
"Wait, Ana! What about Aaron?!" Says Arthur as he continues his freak out.
"You dropped him off... at the... daycare... for me... remember?" For Arthur had insisted on paying for daycare for the day; in fact, he wouldn't take no for an answer. "We... can... call them... on the... way... Come on!!!"

"Art!!... Where are... you going?!?!"
"You go on in the cab! I'll meet you at the hospital! I'll be faster if I run!!
"OH MY WATCHER!!! THE BABY'S COMING!!! OH MY WATCHER!!!! THE BABY'S COMING!!!!!.........."
